Sybil has been a journalist since 1978, working on national newspapers and in national radio and television. She is an inspiring media coach and respected event host.
Sybil has worked with Dame Kelly Holmes Education coaching athletes and college students in social media and media performance and has worked with many organisations including the Jaguar, British Telecom, the Football Association, International Cricket Council, Professional Cricketers’ Association, UK Athletics, the England and Wales Cricket Board and British Cycling
In broadcasting, Sybil presents BBC Radio 4's Farming Today and On Your Farm where she has reported from ranches South Dakota and the snow drifts of north Wales. She was part of C4 Cricket's RTS and BAFTA award-winning team and became the first woman to present Test TV coverage in Britain.
For five years, Sybil presented Ruscoe & Co, the afternoon show on BBC 5 Live, where she interviewed thousands of people from sport, entertainment and politics. Before 5 Live, Sybil worked on Radio 1, where she and Simon Mayo won the Royal Variety Club’s Radio Personality of the Year Award. She even fronted the legendary Top of the Pops and Radio 1 Roadshows.
Sybil is trying to write a play and a novel but gets distracted by her allotment.

Tom Knight has worked in journalism for more than 30 years and in that time has covered nine Olympic Games and travelled extensively, covering news and sport for a variety of newspapers and magazines.
For 11 years, he was the Daily Telegraph’s athletics correspondent, with a portfolio that included sports politics and doping as well as a number of other Olympic sports.
As a freelance writer, he has worked for The Times, The Guardian, the Independent, the Mail on Sunday, the Daily Express and the Press Association. He has also appeared on BBC Radio Five Live and TalkSport.
Previously, Tom was press officer for the London Marathon for five years and was news editor of Running Magazine. Away from his desk, Tom is trying to master the Fender Stratocaster.
Micky worked at the BBC for 13 years as a studio manager, looking after the technical side of Radio 1’s Newsbeat and many other Radio 1 shows, including Tim Westwood, Scott Mills, the Chart Show and R1’s 40th Birthday Celebration. He worked on numerous outside broadcasts, including Live 8 and the live rolling news coverage of the 7/7 bombings in London.
Micky works on the Jamie Cullum Show on BBC Radio 2 and worked at the London Olympics in 2012. He provides sound and engineering for radio and TV broadcasts, sporting and business events.
